ABOUT MANNAT ARORA
I am a third-year B.B.A. LL.B. student at Symbiosis Law School, Noida, with a growing inclination toward corporate law and commercial practice.While my internships with an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and litigation chambers in Delhi have provided me with strong foundations in constitutional and criminal litigation including research on Articles 124–151, 226, 227 and Section 482 CrPC, drafting assistance, and procedural exposure before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. I am increasingly drawn to the structured and advisory dimensions of corporate legal practice.I am currently pursuing a certification course in Corporate Law and an international taxation lecture series conducted in collaboration with PwC, alongside studying Company Law under the Companies Act, 2013. With an upcoming internship at Trilegal, I look forward to deepening my understanding of corporate transactions, regulatory frameworks, and commercial advisory work.Alongside academics and internships, I remain actively engaged in legal aid initiatives and student-led activities, aiming to build a well-rounded and disciplined professional foundation.
