The art of advocacy is not in winning arguments, but in resolving disputes.\" I am a final-year B.Com LLB (Hons.) student specializing in Corporate Law, with a strong passion for innovative solutions in corporate governance, arbitration, and alternate dispute resolution (ADR). My journey in law has been fueled by a commitment to ethical practice, strategic thinking, and the art of resolving complex disputes in a dynamic legal landscape. Through internships at leading firms like SS Rana & Co, Sagus Legal, DLS Law Offices, Dhir & Dhir Associates, RR Legal and Partners LLP, and Acara Law LLP, I have cultivated a robust foundation in diverse legal areas. My experiences range from researching global data protection laws and FEMA compliance to drafting complex agreements, manuals, and due diligence reports. These roles have honed my analytical and drafting skills, equipping me to address multi-faceted legal challenges with precision and creativity. My passion for ADR and arbitration has been reinforced through active participation in prestigious competitions. Notable achievements include winning the Best Creative Solution Team Award and securing the Semi-Finalist position at the AIADR International Mediation Competition, Malaysia, along with being ranked as the 9th Best Mediator at the 12th NLIU INADR International Mediation Tournament. These opportunities have enhanced my advocacy, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, allowing me to navigate disputes effectively. To further my expertise, I have pursued certifications such as the YCM Negotiator Course, and training on PoSH Compliance. These have supplemented my academic and professional experiences, reinforcing my knowledge of workplace policies and negotiation strategies. Currently preparing for the CS Executive Exams, I aspire to blend my legal and company law expertise to create impactful, holistic solutions in corporate law and ADR. My vision is to contribute meaningfully to the corporate and legal ecosystem by fostering innovation, driving ethical practices, and resolving disputes that inspire trust and collaboration.
