Understanding people their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors has always fascinated me. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Amity University, Haryana, where I am developing a deeper understanding of mental health, human behavior, and the psychological factors that shape everyday life.For me, psychology goes beyond textbooks. It is about understanding real people and creating meaningful impact. This belief has led me to actively engage in social work and student leadership, where I strive to apply empathy, communication, and critical thinking in practical settings.I have had the opportunity to work as a student teacher at an NGO, where I contributed to educating and mentoring students. This experience strengthened my sense of social responsibility and deepened my understanding of how supportive environments can positively influence young minds.Alongside this, I currently serve as the Vice President of a debating and social welfare club, where I help organize discussions, debates, and initiatives that encourage critical thinking, dialogue, and community engagement. Through this role, I have developed skills in leadership, event coordination, and collaborative teamwork.My academic and personal interests include mental health awareness, emotional intelligence, psychological research, and the intersection between psychology and social well-being. I am particularly interested in exploring how psychological knowledge can be used to promote resilience, understanding, and positive change in society.I’m always open to connecting with students, researchers, educators, and professionals who are passionate about psychology, mental health, and meaningful social impact.Let’s connect and grow through shared learning and ideas.
