ABOUT AMY HELLMAN
I am a people-centered systems leader with over 20 years of experience designing environments where individuals, teams, and organizations can thrive. My work sits at the intersection of organizational development, leadership coaching, and culture-building. Across education, operations, and entrepreneurial spaces, I have led initiatives that strengthen communication, improve systems, and align people with purpose. I am particularly passionate about cultivating workplaces grounded in trust, accountability, and shared mission. Currently, as Systems and Operations Manager at Uila Records and PAU Pizza, I support cross-functional teams through process design, performance tracking, and staff development. I build and refine systems that improve operational clarity while coaching team members to deliver high-quality, values-driven experiences. As a founder and facilitator, I have spent over a decade guiding individuals and groups through leadership development, conflict resolution, and reflective practice. My approach integrates data-informed decision-making with deep attention to human dynamics—supporting both organizational effectiveness and individual growth. Having lived in Hawai‘i for over a decade, I am committed to leading with aloha—honoring relationships, community, and cultural integrity in the workplace. I bring experience working across diverse populations and am fluent in multiple languages, with ongoing study of ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi. I am especially drawn to organizations where people are recognized as the foundation of excellence, and where human-centered leadership drives long-term impact.
