In my current role as Senior Manager QC Head, I oversee quality assurance activities, ensuring that all products meet the ISO9001:2015, IS9103 standards & other relevant benchmarks. My responsibilities include managing vendor evaluations, conducting customer site visits, and initiating new product developments based on stringent quality measures. I lead a quality control team, training and motivating them to enhance their skill sets, ensuring their contributions align with organizational goals and industry standards. My analytical skills allow me to analyze quality reports, enabling continuous quality improvement, and fostering effective communication with stakeholders to address any quality-related issues promptly.
