SAP Consulting Responsibility• Interacting with CFT & gathering the information regarding actual process flow in the plant level & mapped them into SAP system for both SAP MM & QM Module.• Responsible for maintaining MM & QM Master Data. • Support the current MM & QM footprint.• End User Training, Analyze and solve the SAP MM issues.• Responsible for Creation of PR/PO.• Goods Movement (Goods Receipt/Goods Issue/Transfer Posting).• Inventory Reconciliation (Physical Vs SAP)• Knowledge on Batch Determination & Batch Management• Worked on configuration for SAP MM Module like - SPRO Configuration-Enterprise Structure/ Logistic General/Material Master Data/Vendor Master Data/Release Strategy Configuration.• Worked on configuration for SAP QM module like – Set up plant level data, Inspection Type. Selected Set, Code Group & Code. • Worked on cross module (QM, PP, FI) integration with MM• Worked on QM – PP Integration & complete Order Processing for PP module.• Worked on different inspection types like 01,03,04,05 & 89.• Storage Location Creation & Material Assignment to it. • Good Understanding of ASAP Methodology throughout the implementation cycle.• Worked on complete QM Cycle.• Perform Functional Unit Testing, Integration Testing & support end users in performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) & trained them in the functionality.• Communicate with end users for technical support to resolve SAP related queries and errors or Incidents.• Trained on PP/QM module as well.• Preparation of training document (User Manual) for end user training.Manufacturing Responsibilities• Responsible for planning, production, OTD (On Time Delivery), MIS reporting & coordination with CFT• Optimum utilization of 4M, Ensure World class 5S, capacity utilization & Planning of Material Flow Control in the shop floor.• Conducting Periodical audits for 5S/TPM activities to measure the improvements.• Working knowledge in TPM,5S, Kaizen, Pokka Yoke, CAPA, Zero Defect, OEE.
