About Manmeet Singh

Design, for me, has always been an act of service.Not in an abstract sense, but in the most practical one. When you design a system well, someone\'s day gets easier. When you map a journey honestly, someone who was invisible becomes seen. When you build something that actually works on the ground, the person delivering it can do their job with dignity. That belief is what connects everything I do.I\'m a Service Designer and Design Strategist working at the intersection of systems, people, and lived experience. Over the last seven years, across healthcare, edtech, retail, and organisational design, I\'ve built the connective tissue between strategy and the ground: service blueprints, experience architectures, research-to-roadmap work, and the operational systems that make delivery consistent and human.At Noora Health, I own the design of employee lifecycle systems for an organisation serving frontline health workers across India and Bangladesh. That means conducting research where the work actually happens, translating what I find into prioritised initiatives, and building the playbooks and frameworks that help the organisation act on what it learns. I also led our AI governance adoption, not as a policy exercise, but as a communication and trust-building one.At Ultrahuman, I designed the full experience architecture for a multi-service longevity centre, bridging physical space, clinical protocols, digital booking flows, and frontline delivery into something coherent and repeatable.But the work I\'m most quietly proud of sits outside the formal job titles. I\'ve spent years teaching Punjabi and classical music to children, building curriculum, holding space, passing something forward. I co-founded Livtaar to bring traditional learning to new contexts. I\'ve shown up to serve communities, including eight years with Comic Con, long before there was a title attached.I don\'t think that\'s separate from the design work. I think it\'s the same instinct. Meet people where they are. Build with them, not for them.
