Manage the day to day operations of the plant • Fault finding of all electrical control and power circuits• Having knowledge, how to read electrical drawings• Prepare and Execute the master preventive maintenance plan• Preventive maintenance of all utility and process equipments to be carried out and recorded as per checklist• Monitor the other requirements and verification of the jobs to be done by the assistance• Assist for plant up-gradation/modification and new projects• Spares inventories to be maintained to minimized breakdowns• Responsible for PLC, HMI, Servo Drives, VFD, CNC Configuration and Programming.• Responsible for designing, programming, simulating and testing automated machinery and maintaining existing automation systems both, software and hardware.• Full hands on SIEMENS S5-95,S7-200, 300 and MITSUBISHI Fx Controllers, HMI, Touch panel, VFD Drives, Servo Drive, ABB Robots with S4C controllers, other PLC,s Like BCH, Allen Bradley, Schneider etc• Knowledge of Lean Activities like 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, TPM.• Knowledge of complete business process of SAP Plant Maintenance module.• Maintained and Update the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Procedures, Records, Check sheets, Internal and External Audits in Plant Maintenance section.
