Collaborate with R&D and Change Management teams to plan and execute commercial trials, optimize system performance, and ensure seamless commissioning of new processes.4. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and coach production teams on key performance indicators (KPIs), empowering them to improve operational efficiency and cost management.5. Oversee the strategic planning of departmental capital projects, including cost analysis and identifying critical investment areas.6. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring cross-functional teams in focused improvement tools and methodologies.Key Skills and Expertise:1. Advanced manufacturing systems, including automated and complex machinery in processing and packaging.2.
