   I lead in-depth research on international healthcare markets - such as the USA, UK, Ireland, and Germany - as well as India’s domestic healthcare and skilling ecosystems to identify demand-supply gaps and growth opportunities. I work on formulating detailed project roadmaps - from initiation and resource planning to risk assessments, timelines, and quality assurance - while coordinating cross-functionally with training, operations, compliance teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. I work on government skilling initiatives, drafting and managing EOIs and proposals to state and central agencies, aligning frameworks with compliance standards and funding models, and facilitating MOUs with state skill missions and ministries. In implementing DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana)- a flagship rural youth skill and placement program under the Ministry of Rural Development - I ensure SOP and certification alignment, collaborating with State Missions, MoRD & PR, and Project Implementing Agencies as per the program’s three-tier model. I also conceptualize and operationalize world-class skill centers offering language training and international-standard healthcare courses - working with government and institutional partners to secure approvals, infrastructure, curriculum accreditation, and partnerships. I oversee program delivery, including curriculum development, trainer recruitment, assessments, and course rollout, while maintaining global-quality training and placement pipelines. I maintain engagement with government bodies, NSDC, and sector skill councils, represent the organization in forums and summits to elevate program visibility, and track key performance indicators - such as trainee enrollment, placement rates, quality metrics, and compliance - to deliver dashboards and strategic insights for continuous improvement.
