Accelerated financial returns and alleviated regulatory concerns for major financial services clients during large-scale data center migration projects. Led a team of 50+ technologists for 2+ years, culminating in a successful $750M divestiture. Spearheaded relationship and vendor management for critical insourcing and outsourcing efforts. I gravitated toward technical roles earlier in my career. This background helps me explain complex technical concepts to all stakeholders.
