Staying relevant has never been more important in these fast changing times.My career narrative has evolved over time and will continue to do so. From being an Embedded Product Engineer in my first stint to making a pivot into the L&D space, I have garnered varied experiences that have made my learning and growth journey interesting.My early years, fraught with several questions about passion and true calling and sometimes self doubt, were spent in writing code that controlled the engines of cars. Though I picked up customer engagement project management and training skills, I reached a point where I decided to be true to myself and search for something more suitable for my interests and inclination.An MBA not only oriented me in terms of my thought process and business know-how but also exposed me to a plethora of career options. These options got me thinking and provided me an opportunity to start with a clean slate.Having gained more awareness of my interests and inclination, I landed an opportunity with an Executive Coaching company. This multi-faceted role enabled me to explore and learn about business development, client engagement and coaching. Content development, facilitating coach certification journeys for aspiring coaches and delivering one on one coaching sessions further enriched my experience.I added a new dimension to my journey by pursuing a consulting sales stint with a VC funded organization in the leadership assessment and development space. Over the next three years, I experienced a turbo charged environment of a fast growing organization, imbibed agility and formulated solutions for a wide range of problem statements.Over the last few years I have been on the org side of learning and development. I have had the good fortune of working with great brands. I am currently part of the Leadership Institute at Amazon. Always Day 1!My quest for learning and growing continues!
