Weekly & Monthly EHS reports Circulation. Monitoring First Aids, LTA’s, creating and implementing CAPA, evaluating the results. Investigating incidents and all near-miss cases and providing appropriate. corrective measures and Cascading the lateral learning points from incidents, accidents and near miss. Spearheading induction training for all new workers and visitors and preparing records. Provision of Tool Box Talk regularly, and weekly mass took box talk for the construction crew. Examining all workers if they are in an appropriate safety outfit. Ensuring strict compliance with PERMIT TO WORK. Respective type of Inspection for fire extinguishers, scaffolds, mobile scaffolds, lifting equipment, Tools, tackles, etc. on weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly/bi-annually/annual frequency. EHS daily/weekly/monthly tracker implementation SWMS & HIRA (MS & ABRA) Method statement and activity based risk assessment, preparations & reviewing on a regular frequency.
