I am an experienced engineering manager with 20+ years of experience in IoT & Digital Engineering leading several engineering projects in Automotive Aerospace, Automotive and Semiconductor domains. I Have a Master of Science form State University of New York Buffalo and hold an Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from VTU Worked with various clients like General Motors, Rolls Royce, Bombardier Applied Materials, P&G and SKF in the last 18 years at various locations in North America and India Have handled up to 200-member engineering team working in onsite offshore model at multiple locations and have developed and deployed engineering processes to improve the efficiency of engineering team working in onsite offshore model I have earlier worked as Worked as Tools and Innovation Lead for a team of 500 engineers resulting in 10% reduction in efforts year on year and developing Automation tools AI,ML based tools to reduce cost of quality.I am currently working as Product Owner working in the area of Software defined vehiclesMy Key Areas of work: Automation using AI, ML, Deep learning, NLP Lean Six-sigma for Continuous improvementProduct Development, Control engineering, Engineering Process Design and management
