I am an Assistant Professor of Law, PhD Scholar and Patent Analyst working at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation. My academic and professional journey uniquely combines a background in Aeronautical Engineering with advanced legal specialization in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Technology Law. As a trained IP Analyst, I have strong expertise in preparing Prior Art Search Reports, Novelty Searches, Validity/Invalidity Reports, and Patent Infringement Analysis. Through detailed intellectual property research and technical legal analysis, I aim to deliver precise and actionable insights that support innovation, patent strategy, and the protection of technological advancements.Alongside my IP practice, I currently serve as an Assistant Professor of Law in Bengaluru, where I teach and mentor students in subjects such as Intellectual Property Law, Constitutional Law, Technology Law, International Law, Aviation Law, and emerging areas like Space Law. My teaching philosophy focuses on connecting legal theory with practical and technological developments.I am also pursuing PhD research in Intellectual Property Rights, focusing on the legal protection of Non-Agricultural Geographical Indications (GI) in India, examining issues of TRIPS compliance, regulatory gaps, and comparative insights from jurisdictions such as the European Union and China.I have published research papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals and presented my work at academic conferences organized by reputed institutions, including National Law Universities and international research platforms.
