   Technical Publication Creation of text & illustrations for different manuals like CMM, CMP, CDF’s, SOPM, GSE, Maintenance manual, Training manual and Repair procedure. Creation of Interactive 3D manual and also Created a Read Across for this. Responsible for quality check. Created Standard work and SJI (Standard job instructions) for illustrations, extractions from the 3D cad model, Ultra CSDB Applications and implement in routine work to reduce Turn backs, Escapes, COPQ (cost of poor quality) and to improve OTD (on time delivery). Created macros and library standards to be used in the illustration there by reducing the cycle time of illustration and peer review. Compliance to EHS (Environmental, Health, Safety)/ ITC (International Trade Compliance)/ QMS (Quality management system) policies. Supported the team in achieving high MFA (Market Feedback Analysis) scores. Interacting with the SBU (Strategic business unit)/ Counterpart for queries, delivery and approval.
