I am a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning warehouse operations, real estate, import/export, and brand management. With a proven track record in leadership, business development, and strategic planning, I have consistently driven growth, optimized operations, and delivered exceptional results across industries. Currently, as a Warehouse Supervisor at AMAZON FULFILMENT CENTRE, I oversee critical warehouse operations, including packaging, stowing, and inventory control. I lead and mentor a team of warehouse workers, ensuring optimal scheduling, task delegation, and productivity. My focus on quality control and compliance has significantly increased order accuracy and operational efficiency. Additionally, I am PIT-trained, emphasizing safety and precision in all aspects of warehouse management. Prior to this, I had the privilege of owning and operating a highly successful real estate brokerage firm, ARYA PROPERTIES, where I managed a wide range of commercial and residential transactions. As the Managing Director, I led a team of 12 realtors across 7 regions, ensuring the company’s growth and reputation in the industry. My experience also includes serving as an Assistant General Manager at a leading car importing company, where I thrived in driving business sales, increasing market share, and establishing a strong national presence. As a Regional Manager, I oversaw operations across multiple countries, managing diverse product portfolios and building strategic partnerships with renowned OEMs such as Ford, Honda, Hyundai, and Mitsubishi. Earlier in my career, I played a pivotal role in brand management for the largest importer of spare parts, managing key products like NGK, Exedy, Global, and GT. I also had the privilege of working with **Ceylon Biscuits Limited (CBL)**, a leading FMCG company, where I nurtured the youngest brand in the portfolio to near 1 billion in value within a short period. With a strong foundation in business administration, marketing, and real estate, I bring a unique blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and leadership to every role I undertake.
