Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) — Co-led Odessa’s DEI agenda, driving initiatives such asBring Your Kids to Work, Men’s Day celebrations, driving an inclusive mindset and theWomen in Leadership roadmap. Revamped the DEI Committee to increase inclusion andrepresentation across levels, while shaping the DEI roadmap for FY 2026.5. Skill Immersion for New Hires — Designed a structured onboarding and product immersionprogram for new hires, combining instructor-led, digital, and on-the-job learning.Recognized by NHRD for its impact on new-hire experience and retention, ensuringconsistency, faster ramp-up, and long-term scalability.6. Campus Hiring: Designed and executed the campus hiring drive for Odessa to help bring inEngineers and BAs from reputed colleges. As a result of this drive we hired over 50candidates who are now successfully deployed into business.
