Involved in delivering leadership training to 1400 leaders at an automotive client to enable better leadership qualities, behaviours and mindset; ultimately helping to create the culture shift to support the clients future.Providing coaching services 1-1 tackling a variety of topics/issues raised by the inidvidual leaders e.g dealing with difficult co workers, handling sensitive conversations, working on new perspectives to support metal wellbeing in a difficult culture, working on leadership progression, handling personal behaviours better, approaching difficult conversations, etc.The coaching has also included on the job observations shared back with leaders who have opted for that approach. This has then offered the chance to reflect and discuss areas for ongoing coaching to work on identified leaderships patterns or behaviours.Delivery leadership workshops focusing on concepts and models to support new behaviours in the workplace. Facilitating open debates through sensitive yet important topics during the workshops.
