Prior to this, I spent three years successfully managing the Plant Operations and Quality Management System for a new, state-of-the-art $30 million manufacturing facility focused on plant-based beverages. My key achievements in this role include: Leading the commissioning process and meticulously preparing all necessary procedures and SOPs for plant operations, sanitation, and maintenance. Securing essential certifications including FSSC Organic, Non-GMO, Kosher, and Halal, ensuring the highest standards of quality and market readiness. Overseeing the installation and setup of an on-site lab to conduct in-house micro testing. Managing a diverse cross-functional team including Lab Technicians and personnel across shipping, operations, and maintenance.My commitment is to not only ensure the highest standards of product quality and safety but also to foster a culture of continuous improvement, actively teaching and mentoring teams to develop capable leaders for future growth.
