The Visual Merchandiser executes the store visual plan as directed by the Visual Merchandising Head. JOB DESCRIPTION- CLUSTER VISUAL MERCHANDISER - The role is responsible for the execution of the visual merchandising guidelines in my Cluster- I am handling the delivery of visual merchandising materials for all my 20 stores and visuals per VM guidelines and Directives. KEY RESULT AREAS- Effective adaptations and planning of the VM Dockets for well-rounded execution in their respective stores- Calenderized store visits once in every week to check and train on execution standards and deliverable- Effective Vendor Management & Co-ordination, Ordering and Cost Saving initiatives for respective implementations- VM Budget adherence & Cost Savings to optimize the investments without compromising on quality for their respective clusters- Work in co-ordination with HO team to deliver best all round experience for the customer in his Respective Territory & Ensure Expansion and NSO- Ensuring MPM standards as per company guidelines to ensure the look and feel of the store is updated- Training & Development of bench & VM champs to ensure smooth functioning- NSO- Coordination with H.O team, Set up and training of the store team.
