Playing a major role in increasing the speed, efficiency and utilization of last mile delivery operation.• Analyzing the factors affecting the service level at any delivery branch and finding solutions to overcome those challenges (such as late departures of delivery vehicles, high count of idle vehicles, vehicles departing with less load, delivery associates not completing the operational hours, delivery associates with high return counts).• Regular monitoring of non-compliance\'s and loopholes which act as a hindrance in utilization of the delivery vehicles affecting same day delivery performance and other related factors.• Working on branches with high inventory backlog and high customer escalations.• Guiding the ground team (operation staffs/drivers) and providing them a proper plan torun the delivery vehicles smoothly (by working on delivery route planning, segregation of load, proactive measures to avoid idle vehicle count). • Preparing various reports on daily running vehicles, issues faced by branches, monthly performance, utilization of vehicles as per company’s SOP
