As a member of the SLT, I contribute to the overall growth and direction of the company. Derril Water Solar Farm• Led the successful completion of the share purchase, working closely on SPA, corporate ancillaries, building strong relationships with RES.• Negotiated project agreements: EPC, O&M, leases, management.• Company Secretary for the SPV, managing board minutes, filings with Companies House.• Assisted in securing project finance, loan agreements, security documentation.• CPPA/CfD to cover bank debt.Kirk Hill Wind Farm• Successfully completed financial close, facility agreements, subordination, debentures, share charges.• Provided contract management and legal advice.• Negotiated asset management agreements.• Managed PPA, framework agreements with suppliers.Legal and HR• Corporate and commercial advice on various potential projects: tendering, share purchases.• Drafted bespoke agreements, referral agreements, LOIs, MOUs, NDAs, and R&D collaboration agreements.
