ABOUT MANJESH XAVIER OSTA

I’ve spent the last 16+ years working at the intersection of banking and technology — helping banks, PSPs, and fintechs build things that make digital payments simpler and faster. Along the way, I’ve worked with teams at Wegofin, Pine Labs, PayU, and HDFC Bank, learning how partnerships turn ideas into scalable products. Most of my work revolves around: • Building long-term alliances with banks and fintech players. • Driving merchant acquiring across PG, POS, UPI, QR, and Soundbox. • Making connected banking smoother through product and API integrations. • Leading teams that bring strategy and execution together. I like this space because it keeps changing. Every new integration or partnership feels like a small step toward how finance should work — connected, transparent, and easy to use. Right now at Wegofin, I’m focused on onboarding cooperative banks, designing acquiring solutions with sponsor banks, and deepening partnerships with institutions like HDFC, ICICI, Axis, and IndusInd. Always open to conversations around fintech collaborations, new payment ideas, or just how we can make digital finance a little more human.
