I am a Brand communication and management professional focussed on delivering cross functional initiatives which are truly reflective of organisational values.I have over 25 years of experience in managing creative teams and delivering such initiatives.In 2003, I co-founded Apparatus Media Lab with the intent of bridging the gap between brands/businesses, quality design and technology. Apparatus were appointed user advocates in projects, while the business focused on domain expertise and technology on performance or feasibility. Team Apparatus was made of Industrial and Communication design professionals, trained in prestigious art and design schools. This productive team conceptualized and realized many application user interfaces, ecommerce sites, corporate and brand information sites, and mobile applications.In April 2013, Apparatus was integrated into Ogilvy. The digital team at Ogilvy is responsible for enhancing digital design and technology capabilities with a focus on brand communication, Usability and design for mobility.Prior to Apparatus Media Lab, at Netkraft – a software services company, I was a Senior Program Manager was responsible for managing the delivery of software design and development projects across geographies; I was also responsible in building and mentoring the Content team at Netkraft, ground up. I am a trained Project Manager and have set up and managed the delivery operations at Netkraft’s Singapore and Finland offices. I was also the lead in Netkraft\'s initiative to achieve SEI-CMM level 4 and then CMMi certifications.I have previously worked with the Indian Express Newspapers as the Editor for special supplements. I guess I can say I come highly experienced in delivering complex digital initiatives with distributed teams.As Senior Vice-President at Ogilvy & Mather, Bangalore I managed their Digital portfolio and was heading delivery across a few eComm flagship accounts.
