Data Verification: Perform checks to confirm that the data to be anonymised is the data that supports the Final Clinical Study Report. These checks will include, but are not limited to, verification of the population counts and consistency with the study CRT package(s). Performing independent Quality Check (QC) of the Data Verification. Anonymise the verified data as per the GSK Anonymisation Standard: a. Perform any pre-processing required prior to anonymisation. b. Checking required anonymisation function to each variable in the study. c. Apply anonymisation functions (using Standard Macros). d. Performing any required post-processing for anonymisation 4. Perform Independent QC of all of the above steps. Create supporting documentation as required for reuse purposes. Develop standard macros to make the data verification process and QC of the data anonymisation process more robust. Perform Data Preparation activity 8. Perform Remove Traces and Upload activity. Handling CDISC and IDSL, SDTM,ADaM std data sets
