Planning, design and development and maintenance of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud from/to Oracle HCM Cloud.• Partner with People Practices, People Operations, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and other employee engaging departments in the organization to provide day to day support in configuring the application, integrating with third parties, generating, modifying, automating reports from Oracle HCM Cloud applications using tools like HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OIC, VBCS, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST API and PS Query.• Support the IT organization in the major milestones like spin off, divestiture, Organization policy changes by undertaking and helping various projects in Oracle HCM Cloud Application.• Support the HCM application for extracting data, updating/upgrading the integrations and reports, and evaluating the changes with the business, deploying them in the live instance and providing continuous support.• Support People Operations team with internal and external audit activities by extracting/generating audit reports and analytics from HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft, documenting the functionality, analyzing the variances, and presenting the results to stakeholders.• Partner with Payroll team to create/modify process flows to cope with technological changes in Oracle HCM application.• Partner with People Development team in creating/assigning/maintaining courses, curriculums, certifications in SABA (Learning Management System).• Provide daily support to payroll, people operations, benefits teams from the technological, process and functionality standpoint of Oracle HCM Cloud application.• Contribute effectively in finetuning the existing Integrations/Reports/Configurations in HCM Cloud for improving the efficiency of the current functionality, which results in saving costs to the organization.
