Passionate and dedicated Aerospace professional with over 6 years of experience in managing Aero Engine Design activities and Research & Development of Gas Turbine Engines. I have had the privilege of contributing to prestigious organizations such as Aircraft Research & Design Center of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), GTRE- Defence Research & Development Org.(DRDO), Quest Global, and currently Rolls-Royce through a strategic partnership with Infosys.My expertise lies in mechanical design, with proficiency in XFMEA & Design for X (DFMEA, DFM, DFA, DFS, and DFC) methodologies. I am proficient in utilizing industry-standard software such as UG NX, AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer, Hypermesh, and Ansys.Throughout my career, I have successfully completed various engineering assignments (Problem Understanding, Generating Concepts, Down-selecting Concepts, Advanced Definition- Prelim, Manufacturing and Final issue of Design Definitions, Finalizing the Design, Feedback from initial Manufacturing & Assembly, Verification & Validation) focused on Cost reduction and Life improvement projects for Compressor Modules of Gas Turbine Engines, both military and civil. Notably, I led the trial assembly of the Compressor module of a Military Gas Turbine Engine at GTRE-DRDO\'s Assembly Hangar.I possess comprehensive knowledge on Aircraft Manufacture, Design and Materials, etc gained through internships and industrial exposure. Additionally, I have a fundamental understanding of Assembly and Manufacturing processes, along with proficiency in diverse measuring and testing equipment.In my roles, I have maintained performance reports of various Fighter Aircraft Engines for future reference and have trained and developed an excellent understanding of Rolls-Royce Design Standard (RRDS & APQP methodologies.I am driven by passion for innovation & excellence in Aerospace & Mechanical engineering, and I am eager to continue contributing my skills & expertise to the advancement of the industry.LET\'S CONNECT!
