I was working with Hindustan Unilever Limited, in one of the CSR initiative called "Prabhat" as Program Lead for Livelihoods and Skill Development. Prabhat (Dawn) is a USLP linked programme which is a part of HUL’s long-term effort to engage with and contribute to the development of local communities around HUL's manufacturing sites. I was primarily involved in strategizing ‘Enabling livelihood’ initiatives and driving it across 17 HUL's Supply Chain manufacturing location in India.
