With over a decade of experience in Brand strategy, Marketing communication, Product Management and customer relationship management. I have worked on product strategy, campaigns, CRM, redefining the brand\'s retail identity & network expansion strategy for Titan Eyewear business & Landmark Group. I currently am working on taking an exciting premium cycle brand called Hercules Roadeo to the next level through extensive digital marketing, product innovation, identifying new segments and through consumer research.Prior to moving into my new role, I handled product management for Titan sunglasses & lens portfolio. The role included identifying latest fashion, understanding consumer demands, creating product aspiration, creating a portfolio for different sales channels and increasing sales rate through consumer promotions.Colleagues know me as a retail expert who understands both the business and the brand aspect of retailing. Now with the new role which involves extensive digital marketing, channel distribution and e-commerce, my experience has widened to understanding dynamics across all mediums/channels which includes key challenges, channel conflicts and addressing unique needs specific to the channel. I have spent a lot of time understanding the consumer through research studies and social listening which gives me a 360 degree view of the consumer I am targeting and their lifestyle. One of my key competencies is working with various functional heads in order to the project goal and presentation/sales/negotiation skills to sell new ideas.I am an excellent team player and my managerial style is to give freedom once I ensure all processes are in place. I micro manage when there is a new project or new responsibility is handed to me.I am always seeking new challenges in my current role to develop myself as complete business expert.
