Executed Strategy and Product Roadmap for the largest 3PL company in the world for the visibility platform to identify and build new product lines and innovation opportunities in NA and EUR. Led an Epic to drive Monetization. It defined modular, tiered architecture onthe visibility platform with Add-On capabilities. Each tier provided a pre-defined feature set and data sources. Launched a Supply Chain Orchestration/WMS platform for Eastern Europe Rolled out MVP on key Epics such as Middle Mile visibility addition for freight services, Return logistics using Optoro, GenAI using Chatbot, etc. Worked towards providing better procurement pricing, descriptive analytics, sourcing aggregation, and monitoring of a project throughout its development and business intelligence on KPIs.
