30 years of experience starting with FMCG,then going onto to OTC pharma, handsets,retail / wholesale industry. With 12 years of brick and mortar retail/ wholesale experience, the journey with B2B ecommerce has begun recently. This assignment is aimed at realising the tremendous potential that exists in serving millions of Indian kiranas and other small enterprises like Horeca and Institutions and striving to improve their business ( both in helping them get new customers, more share of wallet and more profitable income streams) This will involve onboarding millions of kiranas and partnering with them in this journey with the use of technology and cutting edge supply chain both in terms of an intuitive app, driving end consumer promotions to be redeemed at kiranas and designing a technology driven but low cost supply chain especially the last mile. This will be accomplished by building and nurturing a performance driven organisation and leveraging the tremendous capabilities of Reliance Retail in sourcing,technology, customer insights and supply chain.
