Handling Global Customers and Production planning team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for Soil compactor, Asphalt compactor, WBR, Paver, Dulevo and Light equipment product line.Managing E2E Material Planning of Machines for MEA, SEA,USA,AUS, South/East/North Africa region and Preparing Sales plan and Production plan for the month.Cascading of monthly production plan into daily and weekly production plan based on customer requirement.Close Coordination with Purchase and Production team to ensure daily line fulfillment and \"Zero Hours Loss\".Communication with Purchase for material shortage to avoid production loss and avoid premium freight.ECN Implementation including creation/updation of production BOM/Routing and FG/SFG.Monitoring daily adherence of production plan and dispatch plan.Design V/s Actual Inventory (Monitor and control FG, SFG and ROH inventory).Monitoring Slow moving / Non-moving warehouse FG stock.Material planning as needed by defining Safety stock, MOQ, and Reorder points in the Material Master data.
