As Senior Maintenance Engineer responsible for whole ware house PPMs and active and reactive and contractor jobs throughout whole shift By doing all kind of conveyance related PPMs like electricals and mechanicals maintenance and reactive breakdown works and also working with contractor with their risk assessments and method statements. Assisting in the development of maintenance routines, procedures, risk assessments, preparing and maintaining relevant technical records Preventive and Active maintenance of Boiler, Chiller and Air handling unit. To carry out testing of fire control and sprinkle and Pump house on weekly basis as its compliance maintenance like impairments and troubleshooting if any leakages. Maintain all kind of Audits like Amazon LOTO (Lock out Tag Out) Work shop, RED TAG, Safety, Risk assessments of various conveyances Austin Audits according to VSOP (Amazon Standard operating Procedure). Completing maintenance tasks and operational assistance on ABB Robotic palletiser. Carry out maintenance like Belt Welding for damage Belts and rollers and motors sounds through Monitron sensor and ultrasound CBMs. Amazon logging software (APM) by performing daily maintenance tasks. Preventive and Active maintenance and maintaining good temperature inside warehouse by Boiler, Chiller and Air handling unit by using BMS. As Also Amazon Robotics Engineer need to maintain Robot performance and its active and reactive break down according to its VSOPs and keep it its good performance. Assist in the training and development of other maintenance/technical staff involved in site maintenance activities To develop a good working relationship with all members of ENGIE staff, subcontractors and the client representatives Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues /clients / customers and work as part of a team Work in accordance with Work Instruction
