Support the WES People Tower Lead in designing and setting up the newly established People shared service operation, establishing effective and efficient governance and working methods between Service Provider and Worley People Function globally. Work closely with WES Transition / Programme Team to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate delivery of newly transitioned WES People services to the Worley Markets as measured by contractual service level agreements and supporting KPIs finalized around all service delivery verticals. Heading Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development specific operations globally (APAC, MEA, LATAM, North America, Europe, and UK) and other HR operation offerings for Asia Pacific countries, Europe & UK, also leading captive HR Shared Service Operations for China from preparation to stabilisation. Drive proactive engagement with the Regional People Leadership team (Group Directors, Sr. Directors, and Directors) to effectively manage process issues & escalations, identify pain points through RCA and drive sustainable action plans to course correct. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the newly transitioned outsourced People services, working in conjunction with Service Providers,[Worley / WES] GPOs, and Continuous Improvement Leads Facilitate end-to-end People process optimization by working closely with GPOs, Worley People Function, and driving standardization of People processes globally in conjunction with the GPO agenda. Actively participate in driving cross-functional improvement projects by partnering with the wider WES and Worley teams (Finance, I & DD, CI/Transformation, and VMO) Providing support and information to the VMO team to facilitate provider contract, finance, and relationship management.
