In this role I contributed to setting up and maintenance of 450+ properties in 22+ Indian cities, backed by seamless procurement and supply chain logistics. My primary KRAs also include liaising with diverse stakeholders to align operations. Towards this goal, I collaborated with multiple teams, including, but not limited to, new product development, finance, sales & marketing, and legal. I oversaw inventory management at warehouses spanning across 1.5L Sq. Ft. while capitalizing on robust professional network of vendors to import goods worth multimillion dollars. Some of my significant accomplishments here have been: Improved Net Promoter Score (NPS) and enhanced happiness quotient of ~75% clients across 400 properties pan India. Identified and onboarded a new vendor to transition to in-house, exclusive contract manufacturing, improve product quality, and enable flexibility in production; saved 4% of high Capex cost. Optimized turnaround time (TAT) and overheads by liaising with the vendor to design & produce foldable beds and wardrobes; reduced un/installation TAT from ~45 to 5 minutes, averted chances of misplacement of hardware from site, and enabled better packaging of the products. Instituted SOPs to optimize resources and deliverables; improved warehouse space and achieved savings by formulating stringent stacking norms. Also set up a QC process and dedicated team to reduce rejection of material from site from 10% to 2%. Functioned as a point of contact and negotiated with the vendors and senior management to align price escalations post the COVID-19 pandemic; maintained cordial relations at both ends by arriving at win-win scenarios. Onboarded 27 new vendors within a span of 3 months and established a portfolio of 55 products as per design catalogue; proved instrumental in reengineering processes to refurbish old inventory worth multi-crore INR.
