About Manisha Velankar
Currently at Accenture, I am delivering Large Salesforce Digital Transformation programs for North American customers and I am focused on CMT and Resource (Chemicals) Industry verticals. In my previous role at Accenture, I lead ICEG Solution Architecture CSG for Europe Geo. I solution-ed multiple SI, AO and E2E deals, size $1Mn-$140Mn in B/OSS, AI, J2C and Agile-DevOps technologies. Prior to this Accenture, I handed B/OSS Tools roll out and own Service Assurance Competency Practice. I was responsible for setting up four pillars – Pre-Sales, Lab setup, COTS Product Training, and Partner-Alliance management. Overall I have experience in Service Fulfillment and Service Assurance OSS systems. I have worked in various delivery roles and engagements viz: Product Engineering, OSS/ IT systems transformations, Application Development, Application Support and COE Initiatives. Some of the key customers I handled were British Telecom, Fluke Networks and Microsoft, spread across – US, UK and India geographies. My earlier stint was with Process Automation industry and I worked on Supervisor Control and Data acquisitions (SCADA) systems. I was responsible for device driver development, and worked with Petroleum Authority of Thailand, Siemens and Fujitsu as our key customers. Specialties- Conception to Delivery of large Telecom OSS Programs - Competency Development thru COE initiatives, Building Labs and Alliance Managements.
