Working in a Rural Development to Promote and Improve Livelihoods of The Disadvantaged Sections of The Rural Population of The State. Roles & Responsibilities:Work as team leader of NRLM at the Block level. Managing Operations, Human resources Management and to ensure safe work environment at BMMU and fields. Coordination with government departments/Banks/Social organizations and externally aided financial agencies. Responsibility for entire administrative and financial work at the Block level. Coordinating in Social Mobilization & capacity building of the community through trainings, orientation sessions. Leading activities such as SHG formation, financial linkages, livelihood generation through economic activity linkage. Training and Capacity Building of women led VO’s including their office bearers and Community Cadre (SamuhSakhi, AjeevikaSakhi, Bank Sakhi, etc,) to enhance their skills & work efficiency. Prepare and maintain case study and success story of all interventions of the project. Facilitated in convergence of NRLM with other Government Schemes at block level. Managed the logistical support for ICRP, BRP, DRP team for SHG’s Formation. M.I.S. management and updating on regular basis. All other works as are necessary for Mission at the Block level.
