About Manisha Saboo

Manisha Saboo is a seasoned technocrat with three decades of experience in the IT industry. She has a strong background in building and scaling IT organizations. In 2024, Manisha took on the role of leading Infosys Foundation—one of the largest CSR organizations in country. She collaborates with the Infosys Board of Directors to determine social impact strategy of the organization. She has designed high impact, pan India programs to build Infosys\'s legacy. She managed a $300 million P&L portfolio in the BFS vertical, guiding banks worldwide to adopt advanced technology solutions. Leading a financial services unit of associates, she supported major banks in the USA, Europe, and APAC with risk mitigation during technology rollouts. She also developed an Open Banking GTM strategy to drive business growth. She excels at leading organization-wide, forward-looking projects for competitive advantage. She spearheaded the 1mRtc initiative to create a repository of one million reusable test cases, which later trained AI models. She has also supported IT implementation in retail and healthcare organizations. Manisha was Head for Hyderabad SEZ & Indore campuses of Infosys, both of which she helped establish from nascence. She has built and scaled organizations through long term vision, and ability to inspire people. She steered Hyderabad SEZ growth from 23 employees to over employees and making it a major IT exporter in the state. She also expanded Indore DC fivefold from 500 to 2500 employees, within eight months, demonstrating her expertise in scaling organizations. Beyond Infosys, Manisha is an acclaimed leader in IT fraternity. She has served HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association) as President for 2022-24 term. HYSEA is a 30+ year old IT & ITES industry body which has ~300 members including Apple, Microsoft, TCS, Wells Fargo, Amazon. Manisha is an alumnus of Stanford University Graduate School of Business, NMIMS Mumbai & NIT Nagpur. She is on Governing Board of the prestigious, 75 year old educational institution, Badruka Education Society. Manisha is recognized as a thought leader and is invited to present at IT industry conferences and forums. Most recently, she took part in panel discussions during the India Impact AI Summit. She is honored with the prestigious “Times Power Woman” award by Times of India, acknowledged as a “Champion of Change” by Lions Club International, and recognized by the Telangana Government as a “Women Achiever” in the corporate world.
