It makes me appreciate it more\".I am an engineering graduate with an inclination towards knowing how things work at the backend. I had chosen to pursue a degree in Human Resource Management, because I am fascinated by the role Human Resources plays in achieving an organization’s objectives. The eminence of impact that HR managers have on the development of the employees and the organization is what attracted me towards this domain. My prior work experience of 38 months, as an actively contributing team member in the organization, will help me delve and sync in better with the dynamic corporate environment. Post MBA, I want to pursue a career where my goal is to lead an energetic team towards success as I believe success can only be attained through people as it is a key element in this VUCA environment. I want to join an organization whose values and beliefs I can imbibe in and play an important role in its path of success. I am driven to be the best at what I do and I want to work somewhere where I’ll have opportunities to develop my skills and work with people I can really learn from.The future always belongs to those who earn it; and, as Eric Hoffer had said, that the only way to predict the future is to have the power to shape the future.
