Role & ResponsibilitiesTechnical Recruiter Review- Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that will help to identify the right candidate(s) Research about the client Understand technology, technical roles & technical skills Post internet ads on employment websites Identify the search criteria ( Identify the key words ) based on the objective of the position Identify- Sourcing & uncovering candidates Mass mailing on portals Response management Head-hunting & Referencing Screen- Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience & requirement Utilize innovative & effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent Shortlisting the profiles Interview- Meeting candidates in telephone to assess their qualifications Following up- Keep candidates in the loop & keep candidates either coming back or sending referrals Present- Showing or offering candidate resume to hiring managers to scrutinize or consider Instruct applicants on the nature of the job & whom they will be speaking with during the interview Interacting with the clients & candidates Closing the positions Inform applicants not chosen of company\'s decisions Ownership right from taking the requirements from the Client, searching the best candidates based on the client’s requirements & closing the positions & joining of the candidate Worked on the middle & senior level requirements of Clients.
