ABOUT MANISHA KUJUR
My overall experience as an Instructional Designer is of 3+ years. I started as a content developer with NIIT Ltd, where I created Level 1 and 2 full DLC WBTs, ILTs, vILTs, Job Aids, visualization storyboards for videos, etc, for various clients and target audiences. I also independently integrated courses on various tools like BOORDS, Percipio, Synergy, Caption Generator. Furthermore, I worked as an ID and reviewer and ensured timely deliveries with zero defects. After 2.5 years, I decided to look for more learning opportunities as an ID and switched to Accenture where I work as an MC Delivery Analyst. I worked on Articulate Storyline and WalkMe and delivered zero defect deliveries for Workday and Salesforce projects. I also presented my courses in Train-the-trainer sessions along with planning deliveries and expanding horizon of my knowledge to create Job Aids, vILTs, ILTs, QRGs, WBTs, GIFs, Videos, etc.
