Responsibilities: Production Planning – Responsible for making Master plan for each month with the information from various departments such as sales and marketing. Also, providing stream level weekly plans and schedule adjustments to the plants in regards to demand fluctuations and managing constraints. Capacity Planning – Monthly capacity plan in accordance to demand fluctuations, downtimes (maintenance & demand driven) and stream level constraints. Distribution Planning – Responsible for making Master Supply/Distribution plan for each month to make sure requirement of each depot get fulfilled within month. Provide the best plan with minimum possible waste in terms of reposition. Daily Allocation activity for each depot as per their requirement only and availability of material. Avoid excess material transfer to make sure that Space at each depot is optimize properly. Inventory Control - Managing the inventory at item/depot level to avoid age and repositioning. Other responsibility includes – • Preparing Production and Dispatch report on daily basis and update same to the Management team. • Maintaining Bill of Material. • Quarterly Stock taking at Contract locations as well Regional Distribution Centre. Doing all procurement operation activity, purchase orders.
