As a Project manager at EY GDS in Mumbai, I have been responsible for managing various aspects of project management, including Scrum/Agile processes and project control. My role as a Scrum Master has involved conducting daily stand-ups, estimations, sprint planning, executing, tracking, and managing schedule and scope on all projects. I have also been instrumental in improving team velocity and leveraging tools like burn downs and capacity modelling to ensure that the teams are efficient and productive.I have set up Scrum/Agile processes and helped drive their implementation, assisting with coaching the team members on agile ways of working, practices, and principles. Additionally, I have facilitated the Scrum Cadences, collaborating with the Product Owner for prioritizing and refining the product backlog. In this role, I managed project plans, milestones, controlled changes, and monitored release management processes to enhance department efficiencies in a challenging environment. I was responsible for risk and issue management, defect tracking, and supported the service delivery team in managing resources, metrics, RAID logs, budgets to meet the goals of the project.As a Scrum Master, I collaborated with the team for achieving the project objectives. I conducted the daily scrums and sprint retrospective meetings, highlighted the project progress through burn down and burn up charts, and calculated sprint velocity. I also collaborated with and assisted PO for prioritizing product backlog and following Scrum practices.Overall, I have extensive experience in project management, Scrum/Agile processes, and team leadership. I have a proven track record of implementing successful projects that have met or exceeded their goals. I am highly skilled in risk management, issue management, and change control.
