A learning-driven leader and transformation coach with 23 years of global experience across Learning & Development, Project Management, Agile transformation, and leadership coaching. I’ve worked with ANZ, IBM, and HP, leading high-performing teams across APAC, EMEA, and ANZ. My passion lies in helping people and organizations grow through structured learning, coaching, and capability building. I’ve designed and delivered programs in Agile (Scrum, Nexus, Kanban), Project Management, ITIL practices, and Stakeholder Leadership, mentoring professionals from diverse backgrounds. My initiatives such as “Project Managers’ Buddy” and “Ask the Expert” built strong knowledge-sharing cultures and measurable delivery improvement. Recognized through Take Charge and Excel Awards for project recovery and leadership excellence, I’ve also managed critical transformation projects such as the ANZ Japan Tax Abolition, appreciated by senior executives for rapid turnaround and delivery success. Earlier, I founded and managed PMhelp.org, a blog and learning platform focused on Project Management and Agile practices. I authored SEO-driven articles on leadership and transformation — many of which remain published on LinkedIn through the PMhelp.org company page. This experience strengthened my approach to content-based learning design and thought leadership. I also bring hands-on expertise in creating online learning videos and self-paced course material, combining instructional storytelling with practical, outcome-focused learning.
