Over the past one year, I have successfully contributed to securing several key projects, including:1. PM SHRI Gamification Project in Meghalaya – introducing gamified assessments to enhance foundational learning.2. School Information Management System for Meghalaya – streamlining school-level data collection and planning through a centralized digital platform.3. Digital Library for Meghalaya PM SHRI Schools – promoting competency-based and inclusive learning through curated digital content.4. Competency Management System for BRCs and CRCs in Himachal Pradesh – strengthening academic supervision through structured competency mapping and digital monitoring tools.These initiatives reflect a strong alignment with national education reforms under NEP 2020, while also demonstrating my ability to bridge policy objectives with scalable tech-driven solutions.
