ABOUT MANISHA BHATI
I have experience in drafting of transaction documents for IPOs in SME segment, Rights Issues on the main board, private placement for debt securities including Municipal Bonds and caring out due diligence. I have had the opportunity to study a wide array of subjects and have consequently developed a keen inclination towards Corporate Laws and Intellectual Property Laws. My areas of interest within these subjects lie in General Corporate, Arbitration, Commercial litigation and IP Laws. However, my interests are not limited to the aforementioned subjects and I am open to working on and learning about a wider array of sub-fields and enhancing my legal acumen in the process
