ABOUT MANISHA BHARATI

Manisha Bharati is a law graduate from National Law University and Judicial Academy, where she specialized in International Law and Legal Studies and participated in various moot court and debate competitions. She won several awards and honors for her presentation and argumentation skills, such as the Runners Up at the 9th RLC Saquib Rizvi National Moot Court Competition and the 1st Prize at the Mudda Series Debate and the Steel Authority of India Limited Regional Debate. She is currently working as a Manager at Tata Capital, where she handles financial advisory, investment strategies, commercial agreements etc, for the organization. She has sound experience of advising clients on investment strategies and has successfully negotiated and drafted multiple agreements and contracts with clients and partners, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. She also provides legal advice and support to the senior management and the business teams on various matters, such as dispute resolution, risk management, and corporate governance.
