About Manish Varghese
Manish is the Managing Director of India & Middle East at Deininger, a leading international executive search and leadership consulting firm, headquartered in Germany. Having joined Deininger in 2018, he brings 17 years of experience in the executive search and leadership consulting sector. He heads the Automotive, Industrial, Engineering, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Business Services practices as well as the Board Advisory and Leadership Assessment practices for the firm in the region. He partners with leading global and local multinational companies as well as Private Equity backed organizations.Most recently, Manish co-led the Industrial & Infrastructure practice in India at Odgers Berndtson, one of the largest global executive search firms. He also led the Business Services practice there. As part of the founding team in India, he worked with the firm for nearly 6.5 years. Earlier, he worked with another global search firm, Amrop, for over 4 years handling leadership hiring mandates across diverse sectors. Manish holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute for Technology & Management, Navi Mumbai, and B. Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow.
