   I was part of all 3 mega projects executed earlier at Jamnagar and am currently part of New Energy Initiative at Jamnagar. I have rich experience in Project Management, Planning and Execution in the 26+ years tenure with Reliance so far.My first assignment in Reliance was material management in Structure Fabrication Shop during DTA refinery construction. Post commissioning of DTA refinery, I moved to Pipe Spool Fabrication Shop as Production Engineer.During SEZ refinery construction, I was instrumental in setting up a new Pipe Spool Fabrication Shop having multiple induction bending machines and worked as Shop Manager for the same.When Pipe spool fabrication load got tapered off, I shifted to site and worked as Lead Planner for Clean Fuels Project which consisted of units like DHDS, LCO Hydrocracker etc. I headed the Construction planning team there.Post SEZ refinery commissioning, I handled various assignments in Project Control domain in last 15 years. During J3, I handled C2 Complex - ROGC as Project Control Manager and led a team of 9 planning engineers. Later, after completion of ROGC, I worked as Planning Head for a section of SEZ PCG comprising of SRUs.I also worked briefly as Project Manager in ROGC for MOC job (Installation of 3rd dryer in parallel in Cracked Gas Section).My present assignment is Project Control Manager for Solar PV complex at Jamnagar which consists of Giga factories like Module Factory, Cell Factory, Ingot & Wafer Factory and Associated Utilies.
